[Nee-O EE-mer-Jint] verb, noun, force; Continuing to grow into new LIFE

We are a neo-emergent Christian community who turned 135 years old in July of 2009. But we are becoming new each day to address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the city, central coast and the world. We are comprised of a traditional root of American Baptist families and we are growing a new missional branch of life. We are embracing the journey of our friends toward wholeness, freedom and faith in Jesus Christ.   Since the Church was sent into the world, not a building, we are teaching and training followers of Jesus to bring hope outside the walls of the church.

And let people learn to devote themselves to good works in order to meet urgent needs, so that they may not be unproductive. Titus 3:14
